Singapore\u2019s National Arts Council (NAC) is organising an Open Call for Programme Proposals for Noise Anchor Programmes 2019<\/strong><\/span>. Taken from NAC\u2019s website:<\/p>\n NAC is inviting creative producers, artists, arts groups\/companies and creative organisations for programme proposals for Noise Anchor Programmes<\/strong>. Noise Anchor Programmes are part of Noise Singapore\u2019s annual line-up of programmes that provide unique and participative arts experiences to engage diverse profiles of young people.<\/p>\n Proposals should feature at least two of the following identified areas of focus: Urban Arts, Communities and Technology. All proposals should also have programmes that allow participation, are suitable and appealing to specifically young people (aged 35 and below) including the general public.<\/p>\n A briefing will be held for applicants who are interested in applying for the Noise Anchor Programmes 2019.
