Deadline now extended to 13 Apr 2020 (M), 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time.<\/strong><\/p>\n Music At The Anthology (MATA)<\/strong> seeks submissions from composers in the early stages of their careers for the 2021 Festival of New Music in New York City and additional concerts during MATA\u2019s 2020-2021 season.<\/p>\n MATA has no aesthetic bias: MATA welcomes all types of music from fully notated to improvised, sound art, video, electronic, found instruments, toys, installations, and everything in between. Composers are selected on the strength of their overall portfolio, and will receive either a performance of a pre-existing work or a commission to write a new piece to be produced by MATA.
