YST Composition faculty Asst Prof Chen Zhangyi, whose compositions have been performed by ensembles such as the London Symphony Orchestra and the Singapore Symphony Orchestra, will present a new concerto commissioned for this occasion. Taking the stage as soloist in Walton\u2019s virtuosic Violin Concerto is YST Head of Strings Prof Qian Zhou.
