2-3 Aug 19 (F-Sa)<\/strong> kult (11 Upper Wilkie Rd, Singapore 228120)<\/strong><\/p>\n Later is a performative lounge based on an eponymous, 18-minute narrative film which weaves in the lives of five people. For two nights only, audiences are invited into a visual and sonic setup, each installation collaboratively presented by the actual cast & crew. The entire affair will display the intersections of art and reality, (de)contextualising the film while letting the viewer come to their own truth.<\/p>\n The multimedia group show will see electronic musician Mervin Wong (Theemptybluesky<\/a>) performing a sound-and-movement set with dancer Isabel Phua<\/a>. Visual artists Ben Yap<\/a> and Lim Cheng Jun<\/a> will be showing a new installation piece specially developed for the space.<\/p>\n Come lounge, and experience a conceptual film in more ways than one.<\/p>\n
