After their inaugural concert on Mar 2019, Project IDIOM is releasing profiles of Singaporean composers and composers in Singapore.<\/p>\n
The third one CSS has chosen to highlight is Kelly Tang, a well-known composer and music educator. He once served as an associate professor at NIE, and as a dean in School of the Arts (SOTA). Now he is a Master Teacher at Singapore Teachers Academy for The Arts.
