The Composers Society of Singapore (CSS) has received news from Charlotte New Music Festival in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA.<\/p>\n
There are two workshops which you may be interested in: Composers Workshop<\/strong> and Max Computer Music Workshop<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Priority Deadline for both workshops: 20 Jan 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n Both Workshop Dates: 15-27 Jun 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n The Composers Workshop<\/a> is a unique two-week event that allows a select group of emerging and student composers to work closely with some of the top performers and distinguished guest composers in the creation of new works for performances at the Charlotte new Music Festival. Participants will hone their craft, build their professional networks, listen to a lot of exciting new music, receive valuable and pragmatic career advice from musicians & composers with a wide range of experiences, and much more.<\/p>\n The Composers Workshop is free to apply. Applications are reviewed as they are received and acceptances are on a rolling basis. Once accepted, there are workshop fees to pay.
