Interested composers, read on:<br \/>&lt;blockquoteThe Asian Composers League Philippines (ACL-Philippines) has successfully launched SOUNDSTREAM-ing: BEYOND NOTES 2021 on 15 Jan 2021 (F). This online music festival projects offers an internet streaming space for music performance and promotion. It aims to facilitate the challenges of music activity due to the pandemic crisis. In this regard, we are officially opening the Call for Works for the second concert of a six-part event.<\/p>\n<p>Whereas Concert 1 featured works only by ACL-Philippines members, Concert 2 will be open to all composers locally and internationally.<\/p>\n<h3>ELIGIBILITY<\/h3>\n<p>SOUNDSTREAM-ing: BEYOND NOTES 2021 Concert 2 is open to ALL COMPOSERS who are 18 years old and over.<\/p>\n<h4>MECHANICS<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Send a short Letter of Intent to Participate to <a href=\"mailto:HSCBeyondNotes2021@gmail.com\">HSCBeyondNotes2021@gmail.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li>An acknowledgement letter will be emailed back upon receipt of the Letter of Intent to Participate.<\/li>\n<li>Then upload submissions to the Cloud Storage URL indicated in the Acknowledgement Letter.\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Include all of the following with your submission:<\/li>\n<li>A brief profile of the composer in paragraph form (maximum:150 words; pdf)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Program notes which may be submitted in either a video format (MP4 or MOV, 16:9, landscape) OR as brief text file (PDF).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>WORK SUBMISSION<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The duration of the composition should not exceed 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>A video recording of the work with the following specifications: 720p-1080p video in MP4 or MOV format (16:9, landscape)<\/li>\n<li>A written document signed by the participating composer stating that necessary permissions have been acquired from any and all copyright holders involved in the submitted video AND that ACL-Philippines will not be responsible for any copyright infringement issues that may arise with the use of the submitted video for this project.<\/li>\n<li>Deadline: 11 Apr 2021 (Su) 11:59 PM (Philippine Standard Time)<\/li>\n<li>Announcement for selected work will be sent out through email not later than 16 Apr 2021 (F).<\/li>\n<li>Selected works shall be streamed on 24 Apr 2021 (Sa) 8:PM (Philippine Standard Time) on the following Facebook Pages: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/himigsanghaya\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Himig Sanghaya Chorale<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/ACL-Philippines\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.facebook.com\/aclphilippines<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>REGISTRATION FEE<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Festival registration fees for ACL members:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P300 (Filipino Citizens residing in the Philippines)<\/p>\n<p>USD25 (For submissions from outside the Philippines)<\/p>\n<p>50% discount for students in the undergraduate program<\/p>\n<p><strong>Festival registration fees for non-ACL members:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P500 (Filipino Citizens residing in the Philippines)<\/p>\n<p>USD50 (For submissions from outside the Philippines)<\/p>\n<p>50% discount for students in the undergraduate program<\/p>\n<p>For membership applications, please be in touch with your ACL country representatives.<\/p>\n<p>If you have questions or inquiries, feel free to contact us at <a href=\"mailto:HSCBeyondNotes2021@gmail.com\">HSCBeyondNotes2021@gmail.com<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p>We are looking forward to your submissions!<\/p>\n<p>Respectfully,<br \/>Katz J.
