Step into\u00a0<\/span>the body electric<\/em><\/strong>, where music is not just heard but lived \u2014 conveyed through breath, bone, and being. The SYC Ensemble Singers weaves a musical tapestry inspired by the bold assertion of self in the poetry of Walt Whitman and the belief that within every body is a song. The concert draws from six decades of the choir\u2019s sonic memory. Fragments from its history converge in the present and culminate in an invitation for the audience to become part of the music-making collective.<\/span><\/p>\n Date:<\/strong> 16 August 2025, 8PM The programme will feature a world premiere of a new work by Diana Soh, Jennifer Tham and CSS Member Americ Goh, as well as performances of works by CSS Members Joyce Beetuan Koh and Hoh Chung Shih:<\/span><\/p>\n
