The CSS is pleased to share CSS EXCO member Jon Lin CHUA recent article in response to the work Angel Island, produced by composer Huang Ruo and multimedia artist Brian Gothong Tan. This article was commissioned by the Arts House for SIFA (Singapore International Festival of Arts).
