In SCO’s 3rd series of the Homecoming Concert Series, SCO has invited Siow Lee Chin, an internationally renowned local violinist, to perform with the SCO Polonaise brillante No.1, Op.4. Famous cellist Qin Li-wei and SCO, conducted by SCO’s Music Director Tsung Yeh, will jointly present the world premiere of a violin and cello double concerto written by local composer Ho Chee Kong.
The Way of Play, a percussion concerto that was also written by Ho Chee Kong, will be performed by 3 outstanding percussionists, including SCO’s Principal Xu Fan, Associate Principal Tan Loke Chuah and musician Benjamin Boo.
