Founded in 2014, we are national representative for Singapore to the Asian Composers League (ACL). We exist to promote interest in Singapore's new music scene by being a meeting point for, building awareness of and creating opportunities for professionally-trained composers

 
 

CSS Composers selected to attend 37th ACL Festival featured in Lianhe Zaobao!

The 37th Asian Composers League Conference & Festival will be held in Kawasaki, Japan with works by six members of the Composers Society of Singapore. The Composers Society is the representative body of Singapore, having hosted the ACL Conference & Festival in 2013. The works selected are by local composers Ho Chee Kong, Toh Yan Ee, Ng Yu Hng, Koh Cheng Jin, Robert Casteels and Hoh Chung Shih.

 
 

Straits Times features 6 CSS composers opening Festival Puente!

The Composers Society of Singapore is proud to announce that six of our members have been featured in today’s issue of The Straits Times! The festival will be held in Chile from 11 – 16 November 2024. The festival shines a spotlight on the music of a different country each year, with Singapore being the focus of this year.
