Local music critic Chang Tou Liang has named There and Back by Singaporean composer A/Prof Ho Chee Kong as the Best Work of the Year for 2019 in Singapore. This appeared on The Straits Times’ Life Features C6 on 22 Dec 19 (Su).
There and Back was performed by violinist Siow Lee Chin, cellist Qin Li-Wei and the Singapore Chinese Orchestra (SCO) under Yeh Tsung’s direction during the Homecoming III concert at Singapore Conference Hall on 27 Apr 2019.
