Dear composers, we have an interesting talk from our colleagues in The Philippines. Here is their message:

“MCL Talks” is a series of dialogues led by the founding members of Manila Composers Lab (MCL) who now reside in Canada, Austria, Germany, and the Philippines. They have gathered in an online forum to discuss about composition and its relevance to the continuously developing music scene in the current world today.
Our first speaker, Dr. Jonas Baes, founder of the Manila Composers Lab, will talk about his composition Tatlong Tagulaylay.
