In Loving Memory of the Life and Legacy of Singaporean conductor Adrian Tan

We are saddened to learn that Singaporean conductor Adrian Tan passed away yesterday, 12 July 2021. He will be deeply missed by family, friends, musicians, composers, and students whom he has left an impact on over the years.

Adrian has led wind bands and orchestras at the community as well as professional levels. He had served as Music Director of AudioImage Wind Ensemble, Paradigm Ensemble, Sydney University Wind Orchestra, Singapore Wind Symphony, and Braddell Heights Symphony Orchestra. Over the years, he actively championed the music of local composers and contributed extensively to Singapore’s new music scene.
