The Florida State University (FSU) College of Music announces the call for scores for 2021 Festival of New Music. Composers, this could be for you!
The Composers Society of Singapore (CSS) has been informed of a call for works for the 2021 Festival of New Music by Florida State University (FSU). We believe this is a good opportunity for composers and sound artists. Here is the message from the organisers:

Festival Dates: 3-6 Feb 2021 (W-Sa)
Call for Scores
Composers are invited to submit one composition for consideration. Student compositions are encouraged.
Works for up to ten performers will be considered, including all orchestral instruments, guitar, keyboard, voice, and electroacoustic compositions. Preference will be given to recent compositions and those involving fewer performers.

** Electroacoustic submissions in stereo or multi-channel sound, as well as those employing live performance and/or projected visual media, must be submitted in recorded formats. **

Performance Details
Participating performers will include the faculty and students of the Florida State University College of Music.All scores and parts for accepted submissions must be supplied.Composers having works performed are encouraged to attend the festival. Final programming decisions may prioritize those who indicate they will attend.
