The DAAD Artists-in-Berlin Program is one of Europe’s most prestigious grants. Each year, around 20 visual artists, writers, filmmakers, composers and sound artists are invited to Berlin to focus on their work and engage with the city’s vibrant art scene.
To be eligible for this fellowship, artists must have developed their own distinguished artistic voice and body of work. The grant is not awarded to students, but there is no age limit.
There will be a 6-12 months residency in Berlin (DE) in 2022. The applications for literature, music and film grants must be submitted by 1 Dec 2020 (Tu). Interested composers and sound artists, please read the residency information first at their website (link below) and apply!
