Open Call: Data Art for Climate Action (DACA)

The Composers Society of Singapore (CSS) has received an open call for papers by Data Art for Climate Action (DACA):

DACA is a hybrid conference (physical events at two locations that are connected over the Internet) for researchers who focus on the interactive concurrent sonification and visualisation of climate data with a purpose of exploration, awareness, education, and action. Open Call

We welcome submissions on data art for climate action in three tracks: Papers, Artworks, and Works-in-progress. For details, see http://dataclimate.org/calls-<wbr /dates/open-call/

Dates:

  • 1 Aug 2021 (Su): Submissions for DACA Conference (paper and artwork tracks)
  • 1 Dec 2021 (W): Submissions for work-in-progress track
  • 12 – 15 Jan 2022 (W – Sa): DACA Conference
