“The works should be written for String Orchestra with the following settings: 4 violins I, 4 violins II, 3 violins, 2 Cello, 2 double bass and cannot be less than 15 minutes or more than 20 minutes, including different movements if these exist. The musical piece must be unreleased in its entirety and may not be participating in another national or international contest. If so, the work awarded in any of the three locations will be proceeded to its disqualification.
